GENERAL
Please read the following terms and conditions applicable to the website of Hotel Villa Mexicana Golf & Equestrian Resort Querétaro by accessing this page, you accept all its terms of use, without limitation or criteria.
RATES
Rates published on the website of Hotel Villa Mexicana Golf & Equestrian Resort Querétaro are valued per night of stay.
Promotional or special rates are valid only when booking online https://hotelvillamexicana.com.mx/queretaro
Prices published in Mexican pesos (MXN)
All rates include VAT and tourist taxes, as well as government taxes.
Housing rate details are correct at time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

The hotel requires reservations before arrival.
Reservations are considered confirmed only with a Security Deposit.
Doubts regarding reservations are not confirmed automatically, but individually with a response within 2 business days.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in or check-in time is no later than 3:00 p.m.
Check-out or departure time is at 12:00 on the day
Departures after 12:00 noon will be subject to a half rent charge until 4:00 p.m. and full rent from 4:01 p.m.

DEPOSIT GUARANTEE
A deposit equivalent to one night's stay is required, it will be charged at the time of booking. (Seasonal restrictions apply), If there is any remaining balance, it must be paid directly to the hotel, on the day of arrival.
The Deposit must be sent to Hotel Villa Mexicana Golf & Equestrian Resort Querétaro with a copy to our email.
Promotional or special offer reservations are subject to a Deposit Guarantee equivalent to fifty percent of your stay.
Upon check-in, a government-issued photo ID and credit card or cash deposit are required to cover additional charges.
PAYMENTS
A credit / debit card is required to set up a reservation.
Payments should be channeled to Hotel Villa Mexicana Golf & Equestrian Resort Querétaro. In the event of providing credit card details, we will make confidential use of said information for the sole purpose of processing your payment.
A Deposit Guarantee is required (includes room rate with VAT) when confirming your reservation.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellation policies apply according to the following time frames:
High Season: Week of Show Jumping (Equestrian), Easter (full) and from December 16 to April 18, 2020. 30 days are required for cancellations without charges, otherwise 2 nights penalty will be charged and the rest is reimbursed.
Mid Season: Summer (according to calendar) and bridges (dates indicated by the Hotel), 7 days are required for cancellations without charges.
Low Season: All except high and mid season, 48 hours is required for free cancellations.
ALL NO SHOW: Penalty applies: 1 night penalty in low and medium season and 2 nights in high season.
EARLY DEPARTURES, No refunds.
MINIMUM STAYS AND RENTAL RATES
Low Season: 1 night
High Season: 4 nights (applies for equestrian dates)
INCLUDED SERVICES OF THE HOTEL:
Free internet service unlimited devices.
HOTEL SERVICES
Some of the services within the Hotel are free while others require their corresponding payment. Please confirm when booking or contact us in order to avoid confusion.
The hotel is not and will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property owned or under the custody of the Client or its clients, employees, agents or contractors or external suppliers. The Hotel provides safety boxes at the Client's expense and risk.
With the exception of personal assistance dogs and with their previous medical certificate, pets are not allowed.
RESTRICTIONS
It is not allowed to enter the Hotel with the following:
Pets or livestock.
Pillows, sheets, duvets or other bedding.
Electric appliances and / or equipment for heating and / or cooking.
Hotel Villa Mexicana Golf & Equestrian Resort Querétaro, reserves the right to eliminate and / or confiscate any of the mentioned articles if it is found in any room immediately without prior notice and to charge you for the costs incurred to take that measure.
Guest Behavior You are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not disturb the enjoyment of other Guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your reservation and the reservation of your group members should we (acting reasonably) consider your conduct to be in violation of this clause.
Conducts that we consider reasonably inappropriate include, but are not limited to:
Inappropriate levels of noise or disturbances.
Drunkenness or rebellious behavior.
Any behavior that seems offensive to other Guests or collaborators.
At all times we will act reasonable in making any determination under this clause.
In the event that we cancel your reservation, you will be obliged to leave your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your group. Full payment for any damage or loss must be paid before your departure. If you cannot make the payment, you will be responsible for the fulfillment of any claim (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all the expenses we incur in the search for any claim in your against.
Our obligations to you end when the reservation is terminated. We will have no obligation to reimburse for lost accommodation and we are not responsible for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination.
Any person requesting hotel accommodation must register in the special cards and / or books established by the negotiation and observe good customs, morality and decency within the establishment.
We may send you news and information electronically with information about special offers and promotions. These terms and conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico.
